Is BOPE or COT harder to get into?
COT sets the higher minimum in: pull-ups. These are only the published fitness minimums; selection itself, medical and other requirements differ, and passing the minimum does not guarantee selection.
How do the BOPE and COT fitness tests differ?
BOPE: 3 events (sit-ups, pull-ups, run 2400). COT: 4 events (pull-ups, long jump, swim 50, run 12min).
