Is JW AGAT or JW NIL harder to get into?

JW AGAT sets the higher minimum in: pull-ups and sit-ups. These are only the published fitness minimums; selection itself, medical and other requirements differ, and passing the minimum does not guarantee selection.

How do the JW AGAT and JW NIL fitness tests differ?

JW AGAT: 4 events (run 5000, pull-ups, sit-ups, swim 100). JW NIL: 4 events (run 3000, pull-ups, 10×10 m, sit-ups).
